Cancellation Policy
Deposit is non-refundable however you are more than welcomed to reschedule the appointment. You will have 24 hours to reschedule your appointment or your deposit is forfeited and you must book another appointment and pay the deposit. If 10 minutes late the appointment will be canceled and 50% of the service amount will be charged. (Please just communicate with me I am very understanding.) Acrylic fill is priced for 3 week grow out. Anything after 3 weeks will be charged full set price so please book accordingly. Service selections are final 24 hours prior to the appointment. Same day service changes will be charged at the original booked rate or the higher service. You will have 48 hours to cancel your appointment. If the appointment is canceled between the 48 hour mark and 24 hours you will be charged 50% of the service amount. If canceled between 24 hours and time off appointment you will be charged 100% of the service amount.
